NOTE TO CHARGING

  1. This moped uses a built-in charger, and during charging, the power switch of the moped shall be turned off.
  2. First, insert the output plug of the charger into the in-bicycle charging socket, and then insert the input plug of the charger into the household socket. At that time, the power and charging indicator lights on the charger will illuminate, indicating that the power is connected and charging is in progress.
  3. If the charging indicator light changes from red to green, it indicates that the micro-buffering system is in maintenance mode. This state should not exceed 24 hours.
  4. The battery in the moped is only compatible with our own charger. Do not use any other chargers, as this may damage the battery.
  5. During charging, the charger should not be covered and should be kept away from heat sources to avoid risks.
  6. It is normal for the temperature of the charger to rise during charging (generally not above 40°C).
  7. During use and storage, the charger should be kept away from liquids or metal materials. Pay attention to safety when charging.
  8. Charging when the battery capacity is discharged to 60% would slow down its decay and improve its service life.
  9. The charger is a high-tech electronic product and should not be opened arbitrarily to avoid personal injury.
  10. Lower temperatures may somewhat affect the battery's charging and discharging capacity, and in winter, the range may be reduced, which is a normal phenomenon.

TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE

Troubles

Possible causes

Corrective measures

When the power switch is rotated to position ON and the on indication lamp lights on, rotating the speed-adjustment handle fails to start the bicycle.

1. Loose motor connection plug

2. Loose battery connection line

3. The brake disk is not reset
and is under the brake power-off state

1. Ensure proper insertion of the plug

2. Securely fix the connection

3. Reset the brake disk

Failure of speed adjustment or not free rotation of handle

1. Loose adjustment handle
plug

2. Loose magnet of adjustment handle

1. Ensure proper insertion

2. Solder and connect the wire

3. Replace fuse of the same specification

Charger fails to charge

1. Loose plug and socket of the charger

2. Solder and connect the wire

3. Replace fuse of the same specification

At charging, after inserting to the power supply,
the indication lamp fails to light on

1. Check of network

Check the network power supply

Short sustained mileage of one cycle of charger

1. Insufficient charging of
battery

2. Decayed or damaged battery

3. Frequent braking or riding against wind or upslope

2. Replace battery

3. Assist with pedaling in this case

Other troubles

2. Other troubles impossible to judge

Consult dealers or authorized maintenance centers; do not attempt to open and repair arbitrarily

NOTE: If other problems occur, do not attempt to disassemble the moped on your own. Please proceed to the authorized dealer.

DAILY MAINTENANCE

  1. Regularly wipe the moped and keep it clean. Do not directly flush the electric parts or drive parts with water.
  2. Avoid standing under direct sunlight or in hot or wet environments. If left outdoors on a rainy day, protect the rotary handles, battery box, and control box. If exposed, perform a trial drive in the original place, and only restart the moped after confirming everything is okay.
  3. Do not arbitrarily disassemble or modify the moped, and do not use unqualified parts. Please purchase wearable parts from our authorized service center.
  4. Regularly check the brakes, fasteners, and wearable parts that are prone to looseness, and promptly repair any issues found. The front axle, middle axle, and front fork should be lubricated only with grease; do not lubricate the brakes.
  5. The saddle of the moped is marked with a safe line, and care should be taken during adjustment not to exceed this line.
  6. While driving, always check if the wheels are rotating normally, the tires have sufficient pressure, the brakes are functioning properly, brake disks are not excessively worn, and indicator lamps are working correctly.
  7. While driving, avoid pointed objects on the road to prevent puncturing the tires.
  8. Ensure the moped is parked steadily to prevent overturning.
