The Los Angeles Rams defeated the Cincinnati Bengals 23-20 on Sunday to claim their franchise’s second Super Bowl triumph.
With the victory, the Rams, who last won an NFL title in St. Louis 22 years ago, joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as the only teams to win a Super Bowl on their home field last year.
Cooper Kupp caught two touchdown passes from Matthew Stafford, including the game-winning one with 1:25 remaining in the fourth quarter, and Aaron Donald intercepted Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow to seal the victory.
The Rams surrendered a 13-10 halftime lead, but with receiver Odell Beckham Jr. sidelined with a knee injury, Stafford and Kupp provided Los Angeles with its Hollywood ending at SoFi Stadium.
