Chelsea Defeats Tottenham with a Stunning Hakim Ziyech Goal.

Chelsea defeated Tottenham for the third time in three weeks thanks to two second-half goals, including a superb shot from Hakim Ziyech.

Ziyech scored just two minutes of the restart, curling the ball into the top corner from 20 yards following a brilliant run by Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Eight minutes later, the hosts extended their lead when defender Thiago Silva headed in Mason Mount’s superb free-kick effort.

Tottenham thought they had grabbed the lead in the first half when Harry Kane tapped past Kepa Arrizabalaga, but the goal was disallowed when Kane was adjudged to have pushed Silva to the ground.

Chelsea won both legs of their Carabao Cup semi-final against Tottenham, cruising to a 3-0 aggregate victory to set up a Wembley final against Liverpool.

This was Tottenham’s first league defeat since November, when Antonio Conte, a Premier League and FA Cup champion while at Chelsea, took over from the dismissed Nuno Espirito Santo.
